Dorothy May Self Stephens, 86, entered into rest on Saturday, May 21, 2011.
Mrs. Stephens was born on May 20, 1925 in Eastman. She retired from Robins Air Force Base as a clerk in civil service. Her son, James T. “Tim” Stephens; and parents, Charles Climent Self and Molly Lee Mullis Self, preceded her in death.
Her memory will forever be treasured by her loving and devoted husband of sixty years, James Arthur Stephens; son, Tony Edward Stephen; grandchildren, Matthew and Miranda Stephens, all of Warner Robins; four great-grandchildren; and brothers, Donald Self and John D. Self, both of Chester, Georgia.
Visitation will be Monday, May 23, 2011 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 24, 2011 at Second Baptist Church, Reverend Mike Slade officiating. Interment will follow in Magnolia Park Cemetery.
