MULLIS Sharon Sue Jackson Mullis, affectionately known as Little Friend, departed this earth Tuesday, April 4, 2017 after a lengthy illness.
Sharon was the daughter of the late Robert Jackson and the late Betty Giles of Columbus, GA.
She was the daughter-in-law of Mr. N. M. Mullis, Jr. and Jamie Mullis, who currently reside in Jacksonville, FL. Sharon passed away at St. Vincent s Hospital, Riverside, Jacksonville, FL. She loved listening to bible verses. She was a nurse and a nurse technician for about 13 years at Crown Health Care in Eufaula, AL. Sharon moved to Jacksonville, FL about 6 years ago. She attended Trinity Baptist Church and Riverside Presbyterian Church. When Sharon lived in Georgia she hosted a radio event Tuesday evenings called A Closer Walk With Sister Sharon . Sharon like to collect and sell porcelain antique collectible dolls which she sold all over the world. She also loved crafts and making gift baskets. She was a Jaguars fan and loved the music of Kenny G.
Sharon was born in Petersburg, VA and spent her life in other places such as Columbus, GA, Vincennes, IN, Eufaula, AL and Jacksonville, FL.
She is survived by her husband Scott and her sons, Robert Shannon Jackson (Jamie) and Joey Dabrabant (Loronda), grandchildren, Chaztine Clark, Steven Clark, Shayne Clark, Joseph and Joshua Debrabant, great grandchildren, Jayden, Devlin and Neveah, special cousins Glenda and Tony Tracy, plus many other cousins, nephews, nieces and relatives.
She is preceded in death by her sister Debbie Steward. She is deeply and forever loved by God, her family and her husband. Her little dog Trouble followed her in death the very next day.
Friends and family will gather at memorial Park, Riverside for Celebration of Life services for Sharon Mullis on Easter Sunday, April 16th at 10:30 A.M. Chaplain Dan McLean will be officiating
