Cochran – Ruby O. Mullis, age 91, died Sunday at her residence. Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 11:00 A.M. at Mathis Funeral Home. Burial will be in Giddens-Harrell Cemetery in Dodge County.
Mrs. Mullis, born in Telfair County, had lived in Cochran forty years. She was the daughter of the late Ben and Fleta Carr Buchanan and the widow of Hubert Jackson Mullis. She was preceded in death by her daughters, Sharon Mullis and Ann McGlamory. She was a homemaker and member of Bethel Baptist Church.
Survivors are her children, Larry J. (Doris) Mullis of Eastman, Joyce Osborne and Rosemary White of Cochran, Vicki (George) Deeson of Hawkinsville and Stanley (Sandy) Mullis of Ypsilanti, MI; fifteen grandchildren; thirty two great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
The family is at 101 Larryton Dr. and will greet friends Monday from 6:00 until 8:00 P.M. at Mathis Funeral Home.
