Pauline D. Mullis -COCHRAN
– Funeral services for Mrs. Pauline Dillard Mullis, 86, of Cochran, who died Saturday, October 16, 2010, will be held at 11A.M. on Monday, October 18, 2010 in the Chapel of Fisher Funeral Home with Elder Ricky Harcrow officiating. Burial will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery.
-Mrs. Mullis was born in Bleckley County, the daughter of the late Reuben Ira and Eula Francis Dillard. She was the widow of E.T. “Bill” Mullis. She was a graduate of Cochran High School Class of 1943. She was retired from L & H Shirt Company, a former employee of Fisher Funeral Home and a member of Trail Branch Primitive Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by a son, James Ira Keel, two step-sons, Jack Mullis and Ronald Mullis, three brothers, Aaron Dillard, Howard Dillard and Bobby Dillard, three sisters, Irene Bryant, Helen Martin and Cornelia Jones.
-Survivors include her daughter, Zandra (James) Mullis of Cochran; grandson, Brandon (Chara) Keel of Cochran; granddaughter, Cindi (Brian) Ross of Atlanta; great grandchildren, Allie, Addisyn and Abbott Keel of Cochran and Brooke Ross of Atlanta; step-daughter, Grace (Jordan) Smith of Cochran; step-sons, Roy (Judy) Mullis and Johnny (Toni) Mullis, all of Cochran; step-daughters-in-law, Trellie Mullis and Diane Mullis, both of Cochran; 14 step-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
-Contributions may be made to Trail Branch Primitive Baptist Church, 1926 Hwy. 26 East, Cochran or the charity of your choice.
-The family may be contacted at the residence on Berkley Road and will meet friends at the funeral home from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M. on Sunday. -Fisher Funeral Home has charge of arrangements.
