MULLIS Emma Marie wife of the late Levi Carter Sr. and the late Will Mullis. Loving mother of Darlene (Jerry) Feiss, Jackie (Mike) Skinner, Levi Jr., Ronnie and Willard Carter. Dear sister of Martha Wilson, Lena Mentifeed, Doug, Evert and the late Elmo Taylor. 11 Grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren. Also survived by numerous Nieces and Nephews.
Memorials are preferred to Clermont County Senior Services. Visitation 11 A.M. Thursday until 12 Noon time of service at the MOORE FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 225 Spring St., BATAVIA.
