Police say Robert Mullis drew some suspicion from his neighbors on Glen Dale Avenue, and that’s part of what started the investigation. Officers say they also have proof Mullis was getting ready to start growing his own weed. HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) — A man was arrested Tuesday night in Huntington’s Southeast Hills area, and police seized nearly a pound of marijuana, handguns and rifles and about $15,000 cash.
