Garrett Mullis, age 68, of South Second Street, Williamsburg, Kentucky passed away on Wednesday, March 15, 2017 at his home. He was born on March 14, 1949 in Whitley County, Kentucky to the late William Ray Mullis Sr. and Lola (Croley) Mullis. He was also preceded in death by a daughter, Doris Mae Mullis; a sister, Claudia White and brothers, William Ray Mullis Jr. and Earl Mullis.
He is survived by his loving wife, Vergie (Powers) Mullis of Williamsburg; three children, Patricia Mullis of Williamsburg, Garrett Dewayne Mullis of Williamsburg and Roy Lee Mullis of Florida; twelve grandchildren, Paige, Jasmine, Chance, Sebastian, Christopher, Courtni, Maelie, Rose, Autumn, Lily, Hailey and Harley; seven great-grandchildren, Trenten, Mackenzie, Keaten, Serinity, Aubree, Harper and Levi; one brother, Arvill Wayne Mullis (Ebie) of Cleveland, Ohio; three sisters, Faye White (Jody), Mildred Rainwater and Gladys White, all of Williamsburg; many nieces and nephews: and a host of other family and friends to mourn his passing.
Visitation will be after 5:00 P.M. Friday, March 17, 2017 at Croley Funeral Home.
The Funeral Service will be at 1:00 P.M. Saturday, March 18, 2017at the Croley Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Gerald Littlejohn and Dr. Glenn Reeves officiating. He will be laid to rest in the Croley Addition of Highland Park Cemetery.
