Docia M. Floyd -COCHRAN
– Funeral services for Mrs. Docia Mullis Floyd, 83, of Cochran who died Saturday, July 24, 2010 at her residence will be held at 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, July 27, 2010 in the Chapel of Fisher Funeral Home with Keith Floyd and Elder Alvin Arnold officiating. Burial will be in Pulaski-Bleckley Memorial Gardens.
-Mrs. Floyd was born in Bleckley County, the daughter of the late Jack Mullis and Emma Bell Arnold Mullis Bryant. She was the widow of Terrell T. Floyd. She was a homemaker and of the Primitive Baptist faith.
-Survivors include a daughter and son-in-law, Hilda and Tony Rozier of Warner Robins; son and daughter-in-law, Larry T. and Gwen Floyd of Cochran; two sisters, Helen (Charles) Floyd of Cochran and Patsy (J.T.) Head of Hawkinsville; grandchildren, Tonya (Monte) Bolk of Manhattan, Kansas, Tanya (Joe) Shuttlesworth of Perry, James Terrell Rozier, Ryan Floyd and Amy (Ryan) Hutto, all of Warner Robins; two step-grandchildren, five great grandchildren, seven step-great grandchildren.
-The family may be contacted at the Floyd residence and will meet friends following the service. -Fisher Funeral Home has charge of arrangements.
