Mrs. Alecia Carol Jones Mullis of Cochran who professed her faith in the Lord Jesus Christ went to heaven on December 3, 2012.

Alecia was a 1975 graduate of Hawkinsville High School. She had been previously employed at Leshner Textile Mills, formerly Opelika and Best Buy Warehouse and was presently employed at the Pulaski County Correctional Institution.

Survivors include her husband, Merrill Mullis of Cochran; parents, Robert (Bobby) and Josie K. Jones of Hawkinsville; brother, Robert Lee Jones, Jr. of Hawkinsville; sisters, Barbara (Ed) Rodgers of Ft. Valley, Helen (Eddie) Little of Rhine and Patricia (Clint) Brown of Hawkinsville.

A memorial service will be held at 3:00 P.M. on Thursday in the Chapel of Fisher Funeral Home.

Instead of flowers, it is asked that donations be made in her name to a cancer society or animal shelter.
